MELROSE, The Bronx (PIX11) – A security guard allegedly stabbed a man following an argument in the Bronx on Wednesday, according to sources.
The incident occurred around 1 p.m. on East 146th Street in Melrose, as reported by the NYPD. Sources indicate that the security guard stepped outside a building and got into a dispute with the victim.
The victim was transported to NYC Health + Hospitals/Lincoln in critical condition, authorities confirmed.
The security guard is currently in police custody and is expected to be charged with attempted murder, sources said.
