Executive Team Restructure Reinforces Commitment to Innovation, Experience, and Service Excellence

Effective immediately, Deavours Clark has been named president of DSI Security Services, bringing strategic vision and extensive industry experience to the role. At the same time, Eddie Sorrells has been appointed chief executive officer (CEO), continuing to guide the organization’s mission with a focus on operational innovation and delivering best-in-class services across all client segments.

Strengthening the Board and Division Leadership
As part of the organizational refresh, Marty Clark has been appointed chairwoman of the board, where she will provide strategic oversight and long-term guidance. Alan Clark assumes the role of vice chairman of the board, further solidifying DSI’s deep-rooted family leadership and multigenerational legacy.
DSI has also promoted two key operational leaders. Jamie Ridenhour will serve as vice president of the East Division, while Kim Henry has been named vice president of the West Division. Both individuals bring a strong track record of success within DSI and will lead regional operations with a focus on client satisfaction, field performance, and talent development.
