IRVINE, Calif. — Allied Universal, a leading provider of security and facility services, has been awarded the prestigious Employer of the Year Award by NextOp, a non-profit organization dedicated to assisting military members and veterans in their transition to civilian careers.
Elton Bradley, General Manager of Allied Universal’s New Orleans branch, expressed pride in the company’s partnership with NextOp, emphasizing their commitment to supporting veterans in their career journeys. “Our collaboration with NextOp underscores our dedication to hiring skilled and dedicated individuals who have served our country,” said Bradley. “By welcoming veterans into our workforce, we not only strengthen our sense of community and unity but also raise the bar in exceeding client expectations.”
The partnership between Allied Universal and NextOp began in 2018 when NextOp expanded its services to include Louisiana. Since then, Allied Universal has extended its collaboration with NextOp to Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas, successfully placing over 158 military members and veterans in highly skilled and managerial positions.
