“While strategic M&A has been an important contributor to our overall growth over the years, we continue to be selective in our assessment of potential deals, especially given the high interest rate environment,” said Steve Jones, global chairman and CEO of Allied Universal.
Jones emphasized that each acquisition is designed to complement Allied Universal’s mission to deliver next-generation security services while meeting local and global demand across public and private sectors.
“These six companies enhance our capabilities in regions like Asia Pacific, the Caribbean, Europe, and the United States,” said Jones. “Bringing their expertise into the Allied Universal network helps us offer tailored, technology-driven security solutions that protect more people and places across the world.”

Each acquisition adds a specialized edge to Allied Universal’s existing service portfolio:
- JE Security (Barbados) and Unified Command (U.S.) bring event and security technology assets that support large-scale operations.
- ISX (Netherlands) and Brosnan (U.S.) strengthen core guarding services in both domestic and European markets.
- AIM Investigations (Australia) opens new opportunities in insurance claim investigations and risk assessment.
- Briger Security (U.S.) contributes to K-12 campus safety and traffic management, a growing concern for school districts nationwide.
