Allied Universal Acquires Unified Command: Strategic Integration of Event Surveillance Expertise
Allied Universal, a global leader in security and facility services, has acquired Unified Command, a company specializing in event safety and security technology. Unified Command is recognized for its expertise in event surveillance video, command center operations, and situational awareness services. This acquisition aligns with Allied Universal’s mission to become the most technologically advanced security services provider worldwide.

Leadership Transition and Future Vision
As part of the acquisition, members of Unified Command’s leadership team, including founder and CEO Chad Ladov, will integrate into Allied Universal’s management structure. Ladov expressed enthusiasm for the partnership, emphasizing the opportunity to bring Unified Command’s unique surveillance solutions to a broader customer base. “Our entire team is extremely motivated to bring our unique offering of temporary surveillance solutions to Allied Universal’s extensive portfolio of customers,” he said.
Continued Expansion Through Acquisitions
Allied Universal Acquires Unified Command reflecting Allied Universal’s strategy of growth through targeted acquisitions. Between 2022 and 2024, the company completed 24 acquisitions, including 15 in North America and nine internationally. In 2021, Allied Universal acquired 10 companies, including G4S, demonstrating its commitment to enhancing its service capabilities and market reach.
